Are Humans Made for Monogamy?

There’s been quite a bit of discussion on our Facebook fan page this week about monogamy and whether or not humans are really built to make it work.  The discussion is getting a little heated, so we thought we’d put it to a vote:

Are Humans Made for Monogamy?

• Yes; God or nature designed us to mate for life.
• I don't know whether or not it's natural, but it works.
• It's an artificial construct created by society or religion, but it's a good way to live.
• It's an artificial construct created by society or religion, and it's destructive to try to force ourselves into that unnatural pattern.
• Every person is different. It works for some, not for others.
• No way. Anyone who tells you he's been happily faithful for a lifetime is not being honest.
